The interview process won't always be the same as Chandler Macleod will need to consider client requirements and the type of role. However, the general interview process may look something like this: First interview with Chandler Macleod Consultant > Interview with Client > Potential psychometric testing/technical testing etc. > Background checks and reference checks including criminal history checks and pre-employment medical requirements > Notification about whether you are successful or unsuccessful this time around.
When recruiting for industrial roles, there may be less, different (group onboarding) or no formal interview. But there may be more assessments such as health and safety tests as well as a MAT test.
At Chandler Macleod we also utilise tools such as Skype or Facetime for interviews if you live regionally or work shift work.
