Given that most casuals are almost exclusively customer-oriented and often see upwards of 300 customers in any given shift, the mental energy required in each interaction can be quite taxing.

Mental upkeep. Foot traffic, accessibility and pricing mean that there are many customers throughout the day. Therefore there are many repetitive conversations. It can be mentally draining, however also an interesting and social experience.
