Customer Service Representative (Former Employee) – Sydney, NSW – 3 September 2013
Small team of four, checking emails up to 300 on some days, trouble shooting their queries, correcting pallet concerns, invoicing, replying to major companies such as Coke, Kmart, Coles. Management where on your back a lot to finish for the day emails, team where great always supportive. Hardest part was not getting the emails down to finish or being stuck on a major one that took up most of your day. Best part was finishing, and hearing the satisfaction of your customers voice on the phone.
Social events, monthly bbq's, bonus tickest such as Hoyts or Greater Union
too much dramas, some times very long hours to finish.
