It takes very long for just one small issue to reach to management and for them to give solution.

Can’t take leaves and if you are casual then there is threat of job security if you take leave.

Even if you work as a casual for long regularly like permanent no chance of getting actually permanent

Very low wages comparatively for this hard nature job where you do really tough job.

good money and good people. the only problem i had would be with the bosses or supervisors, who tend to be pushing and sometimes bullying my fellow team members but other then that the work is very good and the money is good
