Great team and work - not so great management
The overall experience would have been excellent, except for overbearing, ex-British military managers who treat workers like soldiers. The team were all excellent, but there was always a feeling of who was getting sacked next because of the personal issues with the team manager. In short - if you disagreed with him on anything, you were out.
