My workplace was very collaborative and friendly and all of my colleagues help each other when anyone face problems with their task. When I was a new starter, I didn't know how to deal with tender documents and how to prepare all of the documents for smooth work schedules. Then all of my colleagues came forward to help me and taught me like as my mentors. I learned a lot of skills during my training periods. They taught me how to organize all of the team members to complete the project within a tight schedule. As this is a Chinese company, all of my senior colleagues and my Boss was Chinese. They really loved me a lot because I was very keen to learn new things always and was very sincere in my work.I wish them a successful future always.

Nothing Excited

It's like a 8-5 work each day. Really easy to finished the job. The monthly main job can be finished in just 3 days, but I sometimes have to pretend that I don't have enough time to finished this. My Excel skills have improved by deal with tons of sheets.The culture of the company is like money talks, a strong back ground talks.

During the past ten years, I have implemented more than 30 authentication and consulting projects for overseas subsidiaries and branches as well as over 20 projects for subsidiaries and branches in China. I have short-term work experience in various countries and can preferably acculturate different social culture.

The difficulty is of communication because most are Chinese working in this company. The working environment is good. The salary is on time. No bonuses & no salary increment.

productive creative and active

give a daily life of my experience in CNPC XIBU DRILLING ENGINEERING COMPANY LIMITED, i worked shiftily with four workers, who are both nice and creative. We were in charge of on-site hydraulic fracture service under supervise, including the management of field hydraulic fracturing, the inventory and usage of sand and chemical and the adjustment of pumping mass balance as needed. This experience fully developed my ability to deal with the tough on-site situation and quickly learned about how to avoid dangerous emergency. This company give me an open and productive environment, where i can learn by others and daily work.

Very good working environment

Will be able to learn the internal workflow in their treasury department. They offer pretty good training to intern over the summer. Coworkers are friendly and willing to share information.

Dont do it

It was a sham. There was lip service to big ideas, but ultimately nothing ever happened. The story the recruiter told me was not happening with this start up branch of CNPC.

Productive and intense

I did internship there which has no salary. The work there is quite intensive and I was asked to build up a model in three days in R language. The work is very related to my study and I did it well.

Good company to work for

The company is the biggest petroleum company in China. And the organization management is high efficiency. People are really nice. And the benefit and bonus are very impressive.

Cnpc

My job was to look after all vehicles activity and to make safer as possible according to health and safety policy. I learned safety driving in country side area, getting up very early in the morning and giving safety instruction. Rainy day was always the harder day because of mud the ground. I joyed eating out side.
