I do line and sometimes people and things are difficult but it’s not bad at a good location that’s not overwhelmingly busy. I like getting a shift meal and talking to people .

Very Competitive, not for the faint of heart.

To be successful in Chipotle, you have to plan out your tasks. If your hands are not always moving or doing something, you will most likely fall behind during peak time. Being able to multi-task, work fast and adapt to different situation is a good trait to have if you want to be successful in the kitchen. To be successful at the line(server) or cashier you have to present yourself well, smile and make sure the food is presentable. If you are willing to work hard and take-up challenges you will move up.

The Lake Mary location has fantastic managers and work environment. The schedule was reasonable and flexible. Good company culture and delicious food.

Fun place to work! Great flow of energy!

I loved working here! Management actually listens, dishes constructive criticism properly and treats all employees as a team rather one works harder than the other.
