Strengths, weaknesses, why you want to work there. My advice: just be really enthusiastic and confident because that shows you can sell and provide good customer service more than anything. Make eye contact.

What gets asked in an interview
Asked 13 October 2020
Its a very basic group interview, there is a worksheet with questions about work, everyone writes down their answers and we all talk about it with the manager hosting the interview. Some of the questions asked were:- What do you believe is the most important part of working in a retail store?- What will you add to the city beach team?- What would you do if there was a customer in need and you already ahve tasks needed to be completed? - what traits make a good employee/co-worker?and then obviously boring ones like your availability and experience :)

Honestly just wear whatever you feel comfortable in. They have no policy on what you wear as long as it’s not too revealing. Show your personality and wear something that makes you feel confident.

Sent a email quicky after applying to book online for a onsite interview. Lasted literally 4 minutes. Didn't seem keen from the start. Think they just wanted to get through it, maybe they already knew who they were gonna hire? Also photocopied my identification form. Told no through email next day.

Tell me about yourself, why did you choose city beach?, what is your career goal? and what do you study at school (if you’re still in school or your interests if you’re not)
