A day would involve starting off with a coffee and toast then getting down to paperwork while having a chat with your supervisor. Check on what tasks you have for the day and begin your tasks. If you had questions your supervisor had the answers. Finish your required tasks for the day and head home.
Great interaction between staff.
Lots of paperwork
8am start and 4pm finish with a half hour morning tea break and half hour to an hour for lunch. Aircon offices and company cars to use during the day. Found the staff excellent to work with management being always helpful.
The turnover is high and majority of positions are contract. The work is varied, however the majority of projects are between 1000 and 5 million. The environment is friendly and working colleagues pleasant.
Lenghtly time for decisions to be made, micro management
