Improvement and ability to get higher recognition was available as job improvement and constant training was always available one of the biggest concerns of the council is that they are very much safety first on all aspects of the job

Great place to work
The organisation is quite large so lots of opportunities to try something new. The salary is good and most people are really easy to work with. You generally feel supported in the job and there are lots of mechanisms in place to help.
