It was a really great place to work, I loved my team and the work was great. The hours were always around 4-5 hours but it goes super quick because it's pretty busy! I left because of the customer complaints and it gets a lot to handle sometimes.

Terrible atmosphere

Bushcrew are workers are good. Bad management and many casual stuff terminated due to budjet. Mistakes. A few legal actions and disputes. Staff are lazy but relaxed. CEO and management are unorganised and not intrested

productive and fun workplace with a possibility to develop professionally

Each day brings new learning and challenges. Working in Early childhood is rewarding, fun and productive. I particularly liked the support i received when i decided to further develop my passion as a primary teacher. The team is constructive, eager to learn and supportive. The hardest part of the job is time management and the most enjoyable part is working with a diverse range of people.
