Culture is ok,
Culture is ok, vision and values are great though applied when suited by leadership. Middle managers are poor in making decisions. If your Great at writing strategy and getting your name about you will do well. If you are a grinder and do your work be happy with your pay rise.But generally people do care about the community they serve.
