Poor pay . $37 a hour Permanent part -time . If you work 5 days in a week pay goes down to $28 ahour for whole 5 days . TMA drivers don’t get paid for driving TMA . And team leaders don’t get paid for running jobs . Absolute joke .

I found Civforce to be so unorganised dysfunctional company I ve ever worked for, from putting people with no traffic controller experience in charge. No organisation no oneseems to know what they are doing. Putting traffic controllers life's in danger with the issuing wrong road plans.Its a company that dose not care for its staff only looking after their profitsThe long hours paid very low rates

One sided affairs

They were really shifty when it came to paying the 16 hour minimum. I had only done ten hours for one week. So they send me a job notice Friday night about 11 pm then removed me from it within the hour. And because I didn't respond in that ridiculous time, they counted that as a job declined which made up my 16 hours. So I was left in a lurch and had to borrow money to get through the week

Poor management

Unskilled management and through you into the deep end and make you learn on your own. A lot of bulling in the workplace and management does not act on report. Support the bully as she is a good worker

Enjoyed every minute that I worked with a team leader for there was so much that was taught to us and I believe 95% of team leaders are well and truly informed on all general set up of signage in the correct way from start to finish and all general knowledge on safety aspects that come with traffic controlling.

Would not recommend this company to any one that I know. I’m now looking to leave the industry and move back to work within the care industry where making a difference counts

hours where long, had to travel long distance on a daily basis using own vehicle.no reimbursement for this. lost have your wage in fuel.would send a differnt crew to my area and send me far away

Reasonable job but the money was too light

Good vehicles and equipment but workers needed to supply their own PPE and Stop/Slow bat as well as their own 2way radio. I took the job very seriously and enjoyed it. It is a high risk job so it must be treated with safety as the number 1 priority. Conditions were good. Workplace culture was also good. I personally found Management to be good to deal with. It is a team environment so if one has a good team it is a great job.
