Low workplace culture draining work not much opportunity to make friends good place if you want to be doing the same thing and you enjoy routine if you like change and meeting new people this is not for you
No management support. No transparency. Management lie to protect themselves. It's not so much Civica the company, more the old staff they inherited. Get new blood with management skills who value the staff doing a stressful job.
Management over the last couple of years has lost touch with staff and the difficulties they are facing with a vastly increased workload. Quality of work is therefore suffering. Hopefully this will be short term and once the pressure is lifted it will go back to an environment that was more open and friendly and a wonderful place to work
Difficult to cope up with day to day demands of non ethical work practices. Director and management not flexible and open to new ideas. Director kicks out employees quickly. I had to resign due to maternal commitments, did not get severance package or compensation.
Do not expect support from team leader. very short breaks, company will make you resign fast if you do not follow the director
