Communication needs work

Good place to work but communication needs work. There is a lot of bypassing of process and people trying to go over heads to get their way. Typical government job I guess.

Transitioning licences from old CAR 5 to new Part 61 regulations. Liaison with pilots, instructors and examiners, phone and email correspondence and Data entry. Excellent managers and a great team to work with.

A very great place to work. The work can be challenging and interesting at the same time. Co-workers are lovely, a great place to meet new friends. The income is very generous and the hours are great enabling time spent with family and other commitments - family orientated. This company provides stability.
