terrible untrained management, head office staff will treat you with disrespect and lie to you, never approve leave and no room for career progression.

Very competitive culture. You are under pressure to perform

I haven't worked here in awhile so maybe it's changed but the KPIs were high and often very difficult to achieve. It's very fast paced so hard to build relationships with clients. On quiet days, you are instructed to do telephone marketing which is uncomfortable and often the customers get angry. You will also be asked to walk the streets handing out pamphlets which is very tacky

No support and broken promises from pay rate to training.

Loved the staff I worked with in clinics but HR continually broke their word, no pay rise as promised and no training for 6 months. Not to be trusted!
