I noticed coles prefers to hire alot of 15-16, I don't exactly have work experience and I like the idea of working at coles. Is there any chance a 20 year old would be able to work there or is there so sort of cut off thing that unless u were hired at a young age you would not get in?

That’s more at the supermarket. You need to be 18+ to work at Coles express because you need to be able to sell cigarettes.
