Coles is all about $$for shareholders...work there team members into the ground. .management are low life's.

Worked with them for 8 years treat you like a number not a person
Feel good to work in coles
Too many long hours, systems, unrealistic deadlines and a lot of time wasting in commercial team .

If you want a work/life/balance just dont do it. They want blood out of a stone. My wife was telling me to qyit day in day out. I finally done it. No more stress or anixety. If you suffer from this already Coles is not the place for you
