For me it was easy as. Go online, they email you with your progress and within about three days I had an email asking me to choose a time for an interview. Went in, was given a basic interview, and the next day had the calls from the store finalising the necessary details. attended an induction. it was easy peasy.

I applied online and received an invitation to a group interview. It was much faster than I had thought, there were about 9 others in the group, the hiring manager collected all our documents (remember to have a photocopy) and asked us to write our availabilities and when we would be able to start. Interview went well and about a week later I got a phone call and email saying I got the Job!

The more availability you have the better your chances of getting hours- you can work up to 38 hours a week but try getting them!! depends on time of year, your status. casual, student, part of full timer. If you're a casual with good availability if you get 15 hours a week count yourself really lucky

It could be 6 months by experience, so don't take application off. Also September to Xmas is the most demanding time that they look for people.
