With great difficulty :P I applied at a new store so they were hiring lots of people at once but in saying that they had 2000 applications. Just make sure you have good availability so you stand out. Seriously a new store is your best bet, even if it is out of your way for a while still do it because you can transfer eventually (maybe 6 months? Not 100% sure)

Coles is renowned for employing those who have relations with already employed staff. If you want to learn or have not already been taught how to thieve - get yourself employed at Coles Dalby Qld - it is the perfect place a part of management there just loves thieves. That part of management bred a thief and God help you if you involve the Police.
