I applied online and received an invitation to a group interview. It was much faster than I had thought, there were about 9 others in the group, the hiring manager collected all our documents (remember to have a photocopy) and asked us to write our availabilities and when we would be able to start. Interview went well and about a week later I got a phone call and email saying I got the Job!

Answered

Seriously. you're not going for an interview at Citibank - so no stress required. If you don't know how to conduct yourself at an interview at Coles then you probably wont be getting a job anywhere in a hurry.

Answered

The more availability you have the better your chances of getting hours- you can work up to 38 hours a week but try getting them!! depends on time of year, your status. casual, student, part of full timer. If you're a casual with good availability if you get 15 hours a week count yourself really lucky

Answered

Situational, but don’t worry, they can care less.

Apply with a different email. This was told to me by a Coles recruiter. Once the computer system has assigned a applicant number to you email addresses every time you apply with that address it recognises you and if you were knocked back it will be more likely to knock back again.
