Give additional hours if they request for it

Stop replacing experienced staff with younger kids just to save money. They make us struggle to do simple tasks because we don't have enough qualified staff on to sell smokes, attend service desk duties AND stand in ACO. That also brings in another point, quit understaffing us at night time. It makes getting end of day jobs done almost impossible.

Give workers the number of hours they ask for. Currently, the maximum hours I'm given in a day is 3 hours and 45 minutes so then management doesn't have to give me a paid break. So going in 5 days a week is disruptive

Care about their workers health and not tax them half their pay plus three even if they only earned $50 that week.

Listen to their staff when it comes to family issues. The Coles I used to work for never listened to me, and ended up losing probably one of their best workers they've ever had.

Any gift cards or any bonuses needs to be handed over to each employee by office people. Managers do not hand over to employees. All store managers to be watched as they do not help employee inside store by sitting their A.. in office for a long period of times. Pushing employees for deals end of the day employees hard work goes to managers. They decide which employee to be offered gift card which not even he or she have rights to get it. Very poor . Employee scare of rising their voices because of loosing their jobs. Managers does not want their employee to work other sites even there is shifts available for them. Shame

Don't hire so many people, spread the hours out evenly, as there are a lot of people complaining of not enough hours, but also some complaining of too many hours.
