My usual duties entail me to dress appropriately, be on time and always put our customers first.
I have been taught at Coles Supermarket to be adaptive, professional and how to treat and act towards customers and to always provide exceptional customer service.
However, at my store I feel like we all don't get a fair share of moving around and trying different things, or being acknowledged when it is needed.
The most enjoyable part of my job is to make sure I have left customers happy and satisfied with the service they have received and will want to come back.
