Collins Foods Limited (CFL) is an ASX200 listed company with operations dating back to 1969 when CFL opened the first KFC restaurant in Queensland. The CFL Restaurant Support Centre is located in Hamilton, Brisbane, and is the main hub for above-store staff who support a workforce of over 14,000 employees across Australia. The Support Centre houses a number of divisions including Finance & Accounting, Payroll, Supply Chain, Information Systems, Human Resources, Marketing, Property & Construction, Maintenance & Engineering, and Restaurant Operations.

It was fine

Most of the time I liked working there, the team and connections was great but to advance in the company you have to be a favourite. My job felt fulfilling most of the time, although fast food in general is rough.

Fast paced workplace

I don't recommend applying if this isn't going to be your starter job. Working here introduces you to customer and food service, team working and the stress of working in the food industry.

Flexible place for a first job

Whilst fast food can be a difficult industry, the people I worked with were all pleasant and Taco Bell were quite flexible with my shifts which definitely helped in balancing everything.It's a good place to work at, in my opinion.

Fun Workplace at times

They have staff discounts and staff of the month/year where you can win prizes, they do tournaments and the pay is quite nice too however it gets stressful when it’s busy and they’re understaffed.
