Work & Life Balance

Senior Employment Consultant in Maryborough QLD
on 3 March 2020
A fast paced and KPI driven environment
The staff are lovely, and the role is challenging but rewarding most of the time. Leadership for new managers is being improved. the managers are put into roles with little support and there is a high expectation ot be performing straight away. tI would suggest for managers going into these Senior employment industries to not go into them unless you have a thorough back ground in the employment industry.
Employment Consultant in Mackay QLD
on 7 December 2020
Very Negative Nasty workplace Mackay
The Manager at Mackay treats all staff with contempt she is very difficult to work with, there is no education or help, I would not recommend anyone to work for them. Continual criticism it not appreciated, and they dont help too many people to find work which is sad
Various Roles in Queensland
on 16 June 2020
Toxic culture
A company full of narcissistic egotists who don't actually know much at all. They pressure the staff to make poor judgements. Care little about their staff and even less about the clients. Innapropriate work behaviour is modelled by management but only reprimanded if you are a lesser employee. No security in role and constant turnover off staff
Project Officer- Skilling Queenslanders for Work in Nambour QLD
on 2 March 2017
great company
with a focus on improving peoples health and wellbeing. Assists those in need with employment, education and training, mental health, youth support as well as those with disabilities
