In the early days we cut our teeth on the difficult projects. We figured out how to achieve the outcomes our clients needed. We developed new technologies. We challenged the way things were done and we worked out how to do it better.

Our first major project was in 1990, just one year after we were established. We delivered one of the biggest oil refinery catalyst change-out projects in the world at the time. The client was the New Zealand Refining Company and we’re proud to say we still have this company as a client today.

Good money , good camp
Good company , lacks good management, great camp facilities , good at upskilling , permanent work , overall not a bad way to boost your wallet with pretty cruise work .

Bad culture and lack of advancement. Zero transparency
Avoid working for Crs, you can sometimes go for months without work and are expected to work non-stop with a can't say no attitude. Extremely lacks any career advancement and will make you do supervision roles and work without paying you for it.

Used to be great , while I was there the crews were mainly all top blokes
-Contract resources used to be a great company whilst I was employed and for the fellas you travelled with work with you couldn't get better. The company's been sold a few times since to investors who unfortanitly like to make the money but not invest back into the equipment But isn't a bad company to work for.

Management is getting worse
Started off ok but management is getting worse by the day... I'm glad I'm no longer there... Not sure how they get away with the way they have structured salaried staff pays
Tradesman in WA

Avoid
They have unskilled people jumping in and trying to do a tradesmans job. These same people like to try and act as though they are in management. They texted me my flight details after the plane had departed The Dunning Kruger syndrome/effect sums up the majority of them.
