Used to be great , while I was there the crews were mainly all top blokes
-Contract resources used to be a great company whilst I was employed and for the fellas you travelled with work with you couldn't get better. The company's been sold a few times since to investors who unfortanitly like to make the money but not invest back into the equipment But isn't a bad company to work for. Bad culture and lack of advancement. Zero transparency
Avoid working for Crs, you can sometimes go for months without work and are expected to work non-stop with a can't say no attitude. Extremely lacks any career advancement and will make you do supervision roles and work without paying you for it. Project Coordinator in Perth WA
