If you want to start your Real east career do not recommend Coronis. They just using you to get lead and do not learn anything. Cold calling only. And you leave all the warm leads for them and advertising for them and you end up with no job and knowledge of the real state industry. Manipulating the community to get business.

Nice staff but horrible management

The general staff are nice to work with and you can have fun at work events.Upper Management will often lie about employees who have gone and make an example of them to make you stay.

No support. Pyramid Marking style business who’s on top get the most benefits and if you are new you will be a data cleaner and make the income going for the people on the top. Over promising and they are not organized.they don’t appreciate your hard work they just looking for results and very judge mental.

Coronis has continued to evolve and stay current with the industry. They provide exceptional training, fantastic internal opportunities and have created a culture that can't be replicated. My positive experiences have always outweighed the negative and now more than ever I love the direction our company is headed.

Previously there was pressure to hit targets, but with evolution of wage/commission structures this isn't much of an issue anymore.

Fast paced, reward driven family, commission only

Coronis is for those that want to work hard and play hard. They provide strong lead support for experienced brokers that know what they are doing. Weekly training with different Banks and industry bodies keep you updated with what’s happening in the industry. Not suitable for inexperienced brokers that still need help on working out what to do with a loanthey need to do

Very hard work no support

Stay away. They over work you til you burn out. It’s a revolving door. You’re just a number. They don’t care. They just want to make money. Systems are old. A property manager has to manage 350 properties with - x assistant

Terrible Place to work

Does not care about there employees or there health. They hire people to either get rid of or weed you out. They only care about there back pocket. They have there hands in every single back pocket including charging trade people to work for them.
