Management at VGRS is terrible, the so called 'work/life balance' is almost non-existent as the recent restructure cleared 32% of workers and management now claims there's not enough people in office for anyone to take leave. People told not to leave their office to get a coffee. People denied personal leave and asked to change medical appointments. General manager is sexist. Very hard to fire people for low performance so the organisation is full of under performing employees. Constant changes for the sake of changes. Repetitive work with people who are reminded by management to not voice their opinions or suggestions.. Look elsewhere..
Easy money if you can stay and ignore management.
Terrible morale, management watches and scrutinizes everything.

Challenging workplace with continuous restructures. Constant change and high staff turnover. Consultants hired at exorbitant rates do not understand culture of the legal system. Salary does not match position description.
