Unreasonable hours

The shifts are very hit and miss it is very difficult to work with bigger people on your own when they should be a 2 assist or more. Very difficult to use manual handling on carpet areas as you are expected to in most homes.

Very good place to work

Very professional place to work, and very rewarding and enjoyable. Don’t feel like you’re working half the time. Took a while to build up my hours but happy I waited it out because now I have plenty of hours with amazing clients. Like every disability support worker you definitely have to be a caring person, but this company really helps with all other aspects.

Challenge

Management was good but shifts where very short. In a 2 hour shift you where expected to shower, dress , feed ect 2 clients and have the house clean, was very challenging.
