My time with Credit Suisse was amazing. They offer a huge range of ongoing education and certifications. They take the time to listen to staff both employees and contractors equally. I especially love their creative employee/contractor engagement events.

Very supportive, huge potential for growth, excellent teams

Cons

My only issue at the time was a hiring freeze while being g a contractor. I needed benefits

alot of restructuring that had happened prior and during the acquisition. work life balance can be better. salary is relatively okay. was initially wfh, but got called back to the office 4 days to 1 wfh.

Good bank Gone Bad

In 2015, CS could be considered a generous Pay master and extremely good environment to work. In last 8 years, the bank degraded to nothing. Bonuses paid were 10-20% in 2015. In 2023, they don’t pay bonuses if the ratings are Met Expectations. Management is Ok. Company has good employees policy. 6 week parental leave, 25-30K/month Crèche reimbursement and much more. But work wise, its going no where. The reputation is also damaged in the market.
