Unstable, toxic culture and over-worked

There are multiple job cuts every year, so your chances of losing the job are high. Extremely overworked and underpaid, so very high turnover of staff. Tight deadlines and understaffed, so you have to work extremely fast and long hours.

Poor Board, out of their depth. Basic and unhelpful relationships across stakeholders, different agendas and a lack of respect for the effort and commitment people make across the organisation.
