Wonderful employer, supportive of Inclusion and diversity. Colleagues are friendly and smart. Cohesive team work at a very interesting job where you enjoy going to work each day or can work virtually if that suits you better

Too many managers. The team I was with were very good. But the higher ups are not managers.
Stressful. I went from no blood pressure to start with and left taking 300mg of irbesartan each day.No one has a clue about managing a team of STEM people. Management and HR interfere. Disrespect is anything that questions or pushes back. Very few have business or industrial experience. The management thinks milestones and deadlines can be met by any change. They have no idea what project managem...

Interesting variety of work
Lots of different projects to become involved with. CSIRO are into everything. Nice not to have to be hunting grant money like in university world. Management heavy but you get use to it.

Fun workplace but stressful sometimes when the deadline of project coming
It’s a great experience to work across teams and business units, but the wok is not divided in a fair way. Allocation of the project is not based on real work. Sometimes there is no communication between activity members and team leader. This system is biased
