a typical day of work
when network is not available in company then we all it person start finding problem,where is the problem at network??all router and switch configuration check by different command and after 4-5 hours we find fault and solve it.

Culture going downhill
CSL used to be a fabulous place to work. Management valued what you did as long as you worked accurately and did the hard work, and you felt secure, knowing the company was stable and growing. The mgmt culture has changed over the past few years and is quite toxic at my office location.Now it is jobs for their mates they worked with at other Pharma companies and people are promoted for political reasons and who they're friends with, not their actual skills and potential. People do what they need to to get their bonuses. There is less collaboration and a lot of withheld information - people only pass on and contribute if it helps them get ahead. You'll need to be cold-hearted, manipulative and political if you want to succeed.

Good exciting place to work
Great place to work with good culture. Management is good with company values prioritised.
There are a lot of new opportunities at CSL Behring with new facilities being constructed at a rapid pace. As such there are many opportunities at the site.

Good for resume but not for a long time
The colleagues you meet will be fantastic however it ends there for unfortunately. Management encourage brown nosing over actual work, gaslighting and if you go to HR you end up becoming a target. Possibly the worst HR practices I’ve personally experienced in over 25 years.

The company has moved backwards in terms of culture and performance.
The organisation is primarily driven by the Bio-Plasma business with the pharmaceutical arm struggling along to deliver on its government handouts (contracts). Unfortunately the reviews are accurate and the organisation is highly political, and ineffective at responding to market needs. Promotions are only given to staff that "brown nose" and good staff usually either go to other organisations or are terminated. Yes, they have a bullying culture with little support. Most people don't say anything either because they are on good money or because they are afraid of losing their jobs. After all, there aren't too many pharma companies in Melbourne. My role was based at Parkville in the commercial ops area (Vaccines and Pharma products).
They have vice presidents, directors and GMs everywhere..with little understanding about what's really happening in the organisation and as such the leadership and reputation of this once great organisation is really poor.

Work was very mundane, staff culture was low
There existed an obvious gap in respect and communication between the ordinary workers and management. The work performed there was interesting, a little over the top with with procedures and wasteful with consumables used.

Maintenance managment has Complete lack of regard for anyone
Jump through hoops , wait at the gate just in case you are needed anytime as they are so disorganised.
Poor culture , yes men employed whom don’t question or pose a challenge.

Avoid this bullying unprofessional company
I worked here as a contractor and found the culture to be so heavy handed and bullying that I wondered how it could be legal. The HR director advocates a culture of bullying staff mercilessly and then dismissing them. I wondered why CSL had such problems filling my role but now I know.

A good job for an important project
I was involved in a major expansion project as a contractor preparing their standard operating procedures and all other documents necessary for the engineering services department in order to achieve quality check approval and handover of the plants. I was also involved in preparing plants alarm listings, reports and preparing service level agreements
