Good culture, $ not too great.
Great company to work for, good culture, great upper management. Unfortunately not the place to work if you're the sole bread winner for a family or paying a mortgage.

No advancement, terrible management
Management is the worst I've ever encountered at beresfield, not opportunity to learn or advancement, higher ups have a very "us versus you" attitude. Pay is really bad and there is no respect or appreciation.

face paced
need to think on your feet and able to work under pressure at a very fast pace clients are very good to deal with once you get to know staff are very friendly also
Branch Manager in Gladstone QLD
on 3 January 2020
Time waster
I was employed to fine tume the branch, but when I presented my findings, they were not interested in implementing any of the ideas, so I resigned. All of the issues that were outlined to me during the interview process, were straightforward, and rewuired simple solutions, but management weren't interested in any of my findings. Overall it was a waste of my time, experience and effort

Very little duties required with oppressive work culture
I found the manager to be a bit of a bully, using his superior size and strength to subtly manipulate and oppress staff. There were various times that I was called into the office to essentially sit there and squirm. The entire time I was there, I felt like they were looking for a reason to terminate me, and felt very uncomfortable.
