Would not recommend working here
Member Service Officer (Former Employee) –  Sydney NSW18 September 2018
I would definitely recommend getting a job in another bank/insurance company. As CUA will just be a bad experience for you. The management treat all staff badly and swear at staff members.
Pros
Some of the team members
Cons
Rotating rosters, bad management, swearing at staff, doesn’t matter how long you have been there they still treat you horrible, low pay.

They think they are a major bank
Lender and branch manager (Former Employee) –  NSW South Coast NSW14 December 2016
Targets are set like its a major bank but you dont get the foot traffic or systems to accomplish them.
Management tell you roles are coming up to advance your career and they never come.
Systems are way behind other banks.
Lots of people leave as expectations are high with little support.
Pay is decent but youll never make a bonus.
I would never work there again.

This was a great job to where I was able to meet some lovely people in the community.
Teller (Former Employee) –  Maryborough QLD10 April 2016
Arrive at work in the morning after a refreshing sleep to co-workers and customers who usually were happy to see me.
I cannot say there was anything hard about this job, I loved every minute I was there, even if it was for only three months.
Pros
I slept in my own bed.
Cons
It was a 8.30-5 job.

Good employer overall
Customer services officer (Former Employee) –  Brisbane1 October 2012
Enjoyable place to work most times, did enjoy working in Head Office more than in branches.
Co-workers in Head Office were very supportive of each other.
The hardest part of the job was in the branch trying to reach targets.
Most enjoyable part of the job was meeting new people in the branch, and also working with a great crew in Head Office.
Pros
feeling a part of the team
Cons
targets
