The staff and management are wonderful and supportive, always providing great feedback and encouraging self awareness and development
Only downfall was that the only positions available are temporary and does not offer security

I would definitely recommend getting a job in another bank/insurance company. As CUA will just be a bad experience for you. The management treat all staff badly and swear at staff members.

Rotating rosters, bad management, swearing at staff, doesn’t matter how long you have been there they still treat you horrible, low pay.

HOD unsupportive

Use to be a wonderful place to work 😪. New HOD so career focused and target driven -resulting in total lack of people skills with no care or compassion whatsoever for staff. Despite the support of co-workers and after a long career there, I’m so relieved to be out and would never return.

They think they are a major bank

Targets are set like its a major bank but you dont get the foot traffic or systems to accomplish them.
Management tell you roles are coming up to advance your career and they never come.
Systems are way behind other banks.
Lots of people leave as expectations are high with little support.
Pay is decent but youll never make a bonus.
I would never work there again.
