Spend so much time talking and focusing on Culture but it is nothing but talk. Head Office believe this is amazing but are oblivious to what goes on in the branches

I would definitely recommend getting a job in another bank/insurance company. As CUA will just be a bad experience for you. The management treat all staff badly and swear at staff members.

Rotating rosters, bad management, swearing at staff, doesn’t matter how long you have been there they still treat you horrible, low pay.
