Fun workplace

Working in Cumberland Council for me was pretty much exciting as a get to meet and serve different people in the community with different cultures and background. The staff are very helpful and courteous.

Fun working place

Great place to work in and the staff at the council are very friendly. A lot of activity & function held by the council . It was a great job opportunity for me and I really want to continue this job for a long terms

Great staff

The other staff in similar roles are friendly and always helpful, any questions answered to the best of their ability. Sense of a family workplace, always someone to talk to if you have a problem with the work issues.

Was a nice place to work before...

Working for council at first was very enjoyable but after new GM and Councillors were appointed 6 months later, the culture of the council changed dramatically over the next 12 months. They employed smart professional people but didn't want to listen to them unless they were saying what management wanted to hear
