Flexible hours, but will budget cut you.Great to have some flexible hours in my role. Really appreciate my line manager's undertstanding of mental health.Given that it's a global pandemic, some mangement areas allows few work from home days, most require people to show up in person.Everytime that pennies can be pinched, they'll pinch staff & resources. No job stability. Will restructure you elsewhere if you survive the cut.Parking has constantly increased in price.

The University encourages work life balance. Also advancement through education and some courses are available for staff. When I was at Curtin my daughter is only 5 years old.
