A very micro managed work place with closed door conversations or back stabbing/ setting up down falls of consultants between consultants, staff and clients/employers.Underhand activities by area/ site managers to achieving KPI’s at all costs

Nasty and unsupportive

Horrible place to work management as they get higher in the ranks are completely devoid of any idea what the staff do in the frontline. No support through anything and rarely if ever a chance to progress through the company.

Working at CVGT

I enjoyed my time at CVGT, I had great personal job satisfaction. Being a certified trainer and assessor I noticed that certain management lacked positive staff training which did reflect in certain situations. Moral was good with excellent team work from 90% of staff who were there for the right reasons.

Not recommended

You deal with a lot of difficult people and difficult situations and are not paid very well. Management seems to be terrible with each site and this is a high staff turnover industry.
