Hard work not valued . Management takes credit for your hard work. Pay is less . Stress at work as management piles you with loads of work. Favourism . People whom they like or whom they know get promoted . lots of people gone in stress leave as too much work to do. Even committed suicide as was stressed .Not a nice working environment .
