I genuinely did love my position and role. Each store is run a little bit different and the store I worked at definitely needed management that would take note on their staff reporting incidents or concerns. I began as a casual employee and was not working any more than 10 hours per week and I decided to get another job to earn extra cash but I was - more... always loyal to Dan's. I had told the store manager that I had permanent afternoon hours at my second job on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 11am-5pm and the store manager had constantly tried to call me in on days they knew I wouldn't be available and ... - less
ProsExcellent team and I had learnt skills that will be with me for life
ConsNot much flexibility, I never really got to spend much time with my son
