Nice boss to start with but not great boss after.
Customer Service Assistant/Cashier (Former Employee) –  Canning Vale WA28 November 2017
When first started, boss was great very nice, we started with a store from scratch and the hours were great.

As soon as it opened and after the Christmas holidays, hours were cut straight down and management was changed ands the new manager was mean and rude for unnecessary reasons.
Pros
Good Company
Cons
Hours were cut, mean boss

Not as good as everyone tells you.

Base line workers are either up or down, never stable work hours.

Great place to work
Front End Supervisor (Former Employee) –  Noosaville2 February 2017
Even though it's hospitality and the money is not the best the Noosaville store is like a family. Yes we all had our good days and we had our bad days but it was so nice to know that at the end of a shift you can hug it out! The company is great to work for.
Pros
None
Cons
Working over Christmas

Unrealistic expectations
Assistant Manager (Former Employee) –  Perth WA14 November 2016
The company has very unrealistic expectations. As a manager you are forced to do excessive unpaid overtime as you have way too much to complete each day and they just keep adding more and more to the job roles.
In store teams are usually good team players and tend to become family like.
Pros
Team members in store
Cons
unpaid overtime, stress

Great Team Environment
Customer Service (Current Employee) –  Castle Hill, NSW12 February 2015
If you enjoy the customer, staff interaction, this is the job for you. The environment of the work place is so educational, I am constantly learing and encouraged to try new things. Learning from tasting, fellow staff members and even the customers, this trading of knowledge is fantastic. However getting into part-time, led alone full-time in the industry is difficult, about a year or two in casual will hopefully get you into part-time, and full time is an unpredictable wait until someone leaves the store.
Pros
Benefits, Reduced prices on Pinacle products
Cons
Heavy Lifting when done incorrectly can cause injury
