Okay but boring

So far it hasn't too been too bad, if you get some good team members can have a laugh in between work, and when not too busy is good.Can be stressful on calls, but not always. Most people are friendly, some take themselves way too seriously and overly sensitive, but you get that everywhere these days.

Upside- Excellent team leaders, trainers & floor walkers. Super supportive & encouraging! (Most of them will take the time to fully explain things when you need). I tough place to start but with tons of opportunity

This place can be hard work with the types of clients that have customers who are calling with major issues. If you want to make a difference to ppl you will do well. The best part though is they promote internally and many of the upper management started on the Frontline. Sometimes you can move into i.t roles but they don't come up often.
