All is well up until you get on the bad side of management by requesting time off or calling in sick. Then you realise that shifts are given out to close friends or family of the rosterer rather than workers employed without a personal tie to management.

It's a great job if your looking for part time casual and weekend. A lot of my co workers all have full time jobs and they only work for Delaware on weekends.
