Flexible work but lots of red tape. Management are not helpful when wanting to pursue other opportunities within the company. Favouritism is rife but decent staff benefits

Stressful working environment with toxic and unappreciative managers

On top of preparing assignees' tax returns, you will also be required to provide advisory service which by right should be done by your superiors (e.g. Managers) since they are at a better position as compared to associates to provide advices. Require you to always send them draft emails that you have drafted for their approval before you can send out (Some will keep asking you to change but is not clear on what exactly is expected from you. No work life balance and they expect you to work till like 9-10pm kind of timing. No AWS/bonus of sort at all. Will start own rules when you tender resignation. (E.g. need you to cancel all the planned leaves (even if you have applied it way before before you decided to resign and claims that its a known rule in the department but not covered in the contract at all. On days that you took leave after you tender your resignation, you will be required to pay back through salary deduction) No proper handover or guidance in place and not all managers are willing to teach but still expect you to produce excellent quality of work. The moment you don't reply them within 10 mins they will start showing you attitudes and act as if you are at their service 24/7.

Pros

Still have some friendly people around the office and, they offer hybrid workstyle (2 day WIO and 3 day WFH)

Cons

No proper handover or guidance, shady rules not covered in the contract, no work life balance although keep emphasing that they are working very hard on it, unfair treatments.

Great exposure, bad work culture

Silent work culture here is toxic. More work than the hours in the day can handle. A lot of night and weekend hours from everyone at all levels. The exposure you get though is brilliant.

Smartworking (fino a 5gg/settimana), buoni pasto, promozioni frequenti, macchina aziendale dai grade più senior, strumenti vari per la formazione professionale e tecnica

Cons

orari e carichi di lavoro stressanti, straordinari non pagati, presenza quasi nulla del personale HR

Network intensive

Piden gente sin experiencia y después no te enseñan nada. No te capacitan y se enojan porque te equivocas. Muy mala relación entre los juniors y los seniors, no explican, se enojan y te contestan mal.Lo bueno es el ambiente entre los juniors, gente joven con ganas de ayudarse.El sueldo es bueno pero te ponen trabas para usar los bonos que ofrece la empresa.Muy mala cadena de trabajo, dependes de gente externa para trabajar. Si no te pasan la información no podés trabajar y te atrasado.Para lo único que sirve es para el curriculum
