A very good role to start your career straight out of uni. You will develop many transferable skills and get to work on interesting engagements across industries. However, the work environment is very fast paced and it is easy to burn out.

-The Directors come with bloated ego's -one gets picked on for small things such as not putting a comma or a full stop-no support and very non collaborative culture-over load of systems where nothing is interlinked

Over worked and under paid

1. Over load you with work and underpay you. 2. Flexibility offered but at times could also mean that they expect you to work overtime and at odd hours. 3. No real support from management if you are being harassed by your immediate manager.

Horrible Company

Horrible people. Horrible Culture. Horrified Experience. They call you resources, instead of people. If you value yourself and look for people as the most important factor, STAY AWAY. If you want a paycheck, and work to live, then it is for you.
