Stressful. I work for the Business line that deals with Worker's Compensation. if you have no worker's compensation experience, it will take a little while to get used the policies and procedures and computer systems. But heaps of support.

Very strategic and employee friendly work place

Its great to have worked in DCS due to the work place etiquette, employee friendly work atmosphere. There is also a lot of scope to learn new technology landscape which can assist in career progression

Interesting Place

Innovation was possible, however better fit in mind-set would have made it better and closer to Minister's expectation concerning outcome. Over-all I liked working there. Best experience of my career.
