I was told that the employer superannuation contributions are better than in the private sector. The Department offers/financial supports teacher training for enhancing qualifications.
Can work reduced hours, however I found that reduced hours still meant many unpaid hours added.

I have seen very inconsistent responses. One school I worked at, failed to come and assess a child that was displaying COVID symptoms and I had advised about. They ended up leaving the child at school the whole day.
