we as allied health workers, we not taken care of interms of getting necessary equipments to work with patients. sometimes we see a less number of patients due to lack of referral from the doctors, because they do not really know what its our job description. we are not paid the salary we deserve, in the health system there is a big diversity interms of salary payments, where the doctors are prioritised to get lots of money than the rest of the health workers. nice thing about being a physiotherapist is that we work 8 hours per day and on weekends we are so free to do other busnesses. There is lots of bias action from the manangment to the stuff.
